    These 10 pounds are rough, I lose one, then I gain one - then I plateau. This has been going on for at least 6 months. I need accountability to focus, and then maintaining is the mission!

    I just started a new circuit weight routine 2 weeks ago. I work out for at least a hour a day, 6 days a week, and I've lost a pants size :smiley: and 2" on my waist. Nothing was changing when I was doing cardio everyday these past few months, so to see some progress with resistance toning was encouraging.
    I just can't figure out why I'm getting smaller, and the scale is stuck!!haha
    I'm happiest around a toned 143 lbs.
    I was thinking about going down to 1200 calories a day to see if that's it

    Remember muscle weighs more and looks better.

    Just keep posting on this challenge and we could do weekly weight posts? Tell what is working, what is not and where we need to be held accountable. Sound good? This is my first time doing a challenge on here.
