Try the Protein Treats channel on Youtube. They are all high protein, no sugar, and taste amazing.

Well I love the protein cheesecake I made last week and planning to make more this week.

Excellent! Melanie does a great job coming up with tasty ideas. :)

I didn't get it there, honestly I just dislike video recipes (except the super easy/no talk kind like 'tasty') so I didn't watch, lol.

Check out bitsyrecipes.com. Most of them are reposted there in print form. :)

    Thanks!

Can you make treats to take to work? If it's the baking that you enjoy, and not the devouring, that might be an option. If you're married/partnered you can also send some with your spouse.

But remember how many people post on here how they have problems resisting treats at work and how they feel obligated to take something that doesn't fit their calories so they don't hurt the baker's feelings. On the other side, how would the baker feel if people told them they really don't want those things because they were watching their weight.

Would the baker push the treats on them?
