Easy to put into words but not easy to put into action. I'm too greedy when it comes to food consumption0

Maybe you're not eating the right amounts of food? Or eating timely? Sometimes people overindulge because they waited too long between meals.0

Right..all the above is right.. If you want change you have to dedicate yourself to that change other wise your wasting time. Just try it out for a week and see how you do. If you like whatever you'er doing to stay motivated to get to your goal stick with it. Why not lol0

Education. The more you learn about food the more fit you will become. Fitness usually means a good body too. Here are a few of my favorite books: Proteinaholic by Garth Davis M.D., Howard J, The China Study by Thomas Campbell (Author), T. Colin Campbell, Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit, and Sexy - Until You're 80 and Beyond
by Chris Crowley and Henry S. Lodge, How Not to Die: Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease Hardcover by Michael Greger, Gene Stone0 -

I myself work completely off guilt! If I have to log it I cringe about it. Especially if I know others will see it. If you want man I am having the same consistency struggles you are add me if you want and we can help each other out.0

Humour is the key to a successful journey! Add me if you'd like to laugh all the way to achieving your goals!! The struggle is real! I just rejoined 5 days ago and I'm having a blast0

Pick a deficit that is not too aggressive. Instead of CHANGING your diet, moderate it at first. Basically don't add/change too much too soon, don't deprive yourself of things you love, and get off your butt a bit.0
