Started with that - it's a good start, but then progressed to the Rosedale Diet, an even healthier low carb, high fat diet.

I do LCHF but it is not like high in protein perhaps like Atkins but some at the MFP link below do. You can request to join then remove yourself if it is not your cup of tea but there are some that have been eating low carb for years and know a lot of the science behind it.
