Lights out between 10 & 10:30 and I'm usually up around 4:30 or 5:00; I've been getting by on 6 hrs sleep since I was a teenager but occasionally sleep longer. I'm usually active 6 days a week (running, biking, rowing, weights....)

I try to get 8 hours. 9 would be awesome. I get up at 5:30 for work, so my goal is to be asleep by 9:30.

I am asleep by 11p-12a and up at 6a. I work 7:30a to 6p and go to the gym straight from work, cook and eat when I get home between 8p-9p and do it all over again. I wish I could be a kid again!

Since I get up at 4:45 to go to the gym I would love to be in bed before 9, asleep by 9:30. That never happens though. I'm happy if I'm asleep by 10:30/11

I get up at 6 - so I normally go to bed between 11 and 12. Any more than about 6.5 hours of sleep, and I start feeling out of it.

bed around 11:00 awake at 7:00 even on the weekends because of my early rising 6 year old who has never figured out her mama and daddy would like some sleep in on the weekends.

I usually go to bed between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm and the alarm goes off around 5 am. I am trying to get to bed earlier so I can get up earlier, but that hasn't happened yet.

I go too bed about 9:30-10 and sleep to about 5:30-6. I need an hour to drink coffee, drink 16 oz of water and then go for a run at 7. They last from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Or if my wife summons me.

I turn into a pumpkin at 9:00 PM. This week I haven't due to work, it's killing me. I'm up at 5:00 AM regardless of what time I get to bed. If I don't get my AM workout in, it may not happen. I've been trying to hit doubles, AM and Lunch during July and August while the kids are not overly busy themselves with things that keep me away from my workouts.

    During the summers 10-10:30pm-6:30am

    During the school year 9:30-10pm-5:30am

My perfect sleep amount is 9 hours, but I cannot sleep in because it is a migraine trigger, so I never get it.
