Build your way up.

237 lbs Male. I want to try this out and i want to start off with my method of (1) building up my confidence by setting small goals, (2) gain motivation and enough momentum to keep myself striving onto bigger goals, oh and (3) patience is key. So for right now my goal is to be at 220. if all goes well i will keep doing this. Its now or never. Lets go.

    That's a great idea. I did the same. Lots of small goals that led to the big one.
