@EttaMaeMartin - Since you are on a medically supervised diet, your questions are best directed to the dietitian your doctor should have referred you to. If this has not yet happened, do request it.1 -

There are 30+ posts here with only a handful of suggestion offering her an answer to their question. The rest debating what her macros are when really it has no relevance.
Many people (including me) offered her answers. If she reads the thread she can get them, answer the simple question, and will not see any criticism, which is why I find your post pretty darn puzzling.
Others noted that if she really is doing 100 calories of fat or 20% fat that she is probably getting enough already and should log and see. Others asked about the macros because it would be helpful to have the right information in order to give her advice -- if she wants lots of protein in addition to fat or needs to keep carbs low I'd give a different answer than if not, and she started by claiming that she needed low calorie -- it would be helpful to know how low -- does she need to switch carbs to fat or just add in some fat?
Again, no one criticized her diet so your concern trolling about people questioning her doctor is invalid. People found the post confusing and asked for clarification.1 -
Ok. There are 3 macronutrients: fat, protein, carbs. Low fat, low carb? That's high protein. Maybe you could get some guidance from your doctor and spend the money on a session or 2 with a dietician.0

Foods with fat that won't put you over 20% fat include eggs, tuna and salmon, extra lean turkey and chicken, and beans. It sounds like you may have had weight loss surgery. If that's true, there is a support group on this site. It's called: Gastric ByPass/VSG/LapBand.
