I just started here about a month and a half ago, but what's different than other times I tried to lose weight is how I approach it. I hate feeling restricted in what I can eat, so I started eating smaller portions of the same foods. I don't like going to the gym, so I do yoga in my living room. It might take some trial and error but finding new habits you love will make a ton of difference.0 -
