Okay - a "no carb" diet isn't going to happen, even green veggies have carbs. Here's a link to the low carb group

Is there a medical reason for low carb? I don't do low carb because it's not a lifestyle change for me. I've lost weight & regained. THIS time I won't cut out any foods (for losing weight) that I won't cut out forever.

    Good luck!

I started following low carb more by accident than anything else (between 50-75g) when I had to remove wheat and wheat products from my diet for health reasons. I'm currently attempting <30g per day and balancing out my calories through proteins and fats. I feel great so far, but we'll see in a few weeks if it makes a difference.

The group linked above is a great resource.

Keep below 100 to be healthy, below 40 for Keto. :)

@michelle172415 I would up LCHF by accident when I cut out both sugar and all forms of grain trying to manage my joint and muscle pain. It worked in just 30 days in my case so 1.5 years later I am still LCHF. :)
