    Wow~ thanks for all the great suggestions and all the recipes from SunnyShine. I went traditional with the eggs, but added a bit of sweet pickle relish and use the smokey paprika - perfection.

    my husband likes pickle relish in his. I add a little vinegar to give them some bite.
