All of them.

I would choose the ones that I enjoy eating and keep me within my calorie goals.
I personally enjoy strawberries, grapefruits, blackberries, nectarines, pineapple, and apples.
But I think they're really just another way to eat sweets (albeit one that often includes fiber and vitamins).0 -
Pretty much any berry or melon.0
-
Another vote for any of them. Including bananas.0
-
I like oranges, mandarines, blueberries, strawberries, pears, apricots, peaches, nectarines, grapes and watermelon, and fresh figs and papayas.0
-
Any fruits really! I personally like to have more fruits with a lower Glycemic.0
-
None.1
-
I love mangoes. I have to control myself when they're perfectly ripe.0
-
I'm not much of a "sweets" guy save for a few select items and if I'm in the mood for one of those items, I'm going to have one.
I eat 2-3 servings of fruit daily...I like apples, red grapes, pretty much any kind of melon, most berries, and pineapple.0 -
Pink Lady apples, fresh blueberries, bananas, pears, red grapes.0
-
None consistently. Besides, there's a good number of my favorite sweets that contain fruit, so I just have both.1
-
Blueberries blended with protein powder. But if I really wanted some sort of sweet, I'd have the dang sweet.1
-
I do both.0
-
Because i'm a demon i say.... WHY NOT BOTH?!?! MUWAHAHAH
No, but seriously, sometimes i just make a big ol bowl of fruit salad (mandarins, strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, etc.) and sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. i set it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes so that the sugar pulls out the moisture in the fruit, and then i toss it all together and go to town.

Grapes and mandarin oranges, both very sweet.1
-
Most, as I love fruit.
I think it's seriously weird to focus on how much sugar fruit has, however.0 -

Sugar is sugar, whether it's in candy or fruit. Lucky you, if you don't need to worry about it.0 -

Count your blessings.0 -
Today I had a banana, a d'anjou pear, and a mandarin. Today I did not partake of the company candy bowl.0

Haven't you posted that you used to eat tons of candy and soda?
Anyway, I had a pear today.0 -
Ripe mango, papaya, and Oregon berries. Though high quality dark chocolate is right there with them ;-).0

My doctor told me to eat less sugar, which I actually appreciated, because doctors usually see that I'm not overweight and take things like higher-than-expected blood sugar less seriously than they should. The only hitch is that most of the sugar I was eating was from fruit. He didn't actually ask me what I was already eating.0

Depends on my goals for that day. If I've already had enough fibre then I'd just go for the sweets and fit them in. Otherwise, I'd go for fruit. Honestly, there isn't a fruit I don't like, unless we're counting avocado. My favourite is lychees.0

Oooookay.
Yes I did used to eat candy or a soda on most days of the week in my mid to late thirties. Wasn't good for my insulin resistance, hence my choice of fruits over sweets with the fruits being berries because they are low in sugar. I HAVE to count carbs to maintain my health. Count your blessings that you don't need to count your carbs.... and be weird. LOL

You pretend to think veg are bad for you.0 -
Right now - grapes are in season and seriously sweet and delicious. I buy them direct from the growers and they are beautiful and crisp, and feel like a treat.
Once the grapes finish and winter approaches - probably mandarins or apples, but they aren't usually as good as the grapes.
And, not a fruit, but I like roasted sweet potatoes for a snack too.0
