    Herbalife and ish like it, are NOT worthwhile

    Yes your right but if I'm morbidly obese I will never enjoy those things to the fullest.

    You don't need Herbalife to lose weight. You just need a calorie deficit. Herbalife is just another multi level marketing scheme that prays on those who don't know any better.

    I lost 22 pounds in 3 months following MFP guidelines to create a calorie deficit.

    It's working for me. The numbers don't lie. It works because it fits my grab and go lifestyle

    That's great!! I have a hard time making healthy food choices on the run. I needed something that was ready to go.

    Lots of people heavier than you have lost weight without supplements. I understand the grab and go ease but you could make overnight oats add some protein powder for a much more filling meal.

    You won't enjoy those things, because you're afraid. You can't be afraid of life.

    Like I'm afraid that most people don't know the basic difference between you're and your ! So guess what ? I try my best to avoid them. If you continue to lead your life in fear, you'll never get to live at all.

    It works because you are in a calorie deficit. If you eleminated the sub-par Herbalife products but remained in a calorie deficit, you would still lose weight. You could get similar products at nearly 1/4 of the price at your local Walmart.

    That's actually something I have done. I just use the protein powder from herbalife. I'm using the basic products I like it better compared to some others I've used that gave me bad gas. LoL sorry

    Is this the one that's been linked to liver failure? I can't keep these products straight.

    Elphie that is something worth taking into consideration. Well it's been 3 mos so far. I have another months worth of product left, I'm not opposed to trying products that are similar especially if they are cheaper! And I will definitely give an update!

    Phentermine is linked to heart failure but people still pop them like candy

    Cheaper and don't carry the risk of liver damage. Even if I still had 3 months left of product, I'd toss it.

    I don't take phentermine, my point was that too much of anything is bad. Especially if it's abused

    @c_pantojas

    That's great that you'd consider safer products that are far less costly.... protein powders vary in how healthy they are, how much protein they contain, sugar etc. There are many to chose from... great bunch of ppl on here to get ideas from. @elphie754 brought up with a good idea to try.

    As members above have shared... foremost it's calorie deficit and as you shared if you have a need for an on the go meal or extra protein... that's an add on. :)

    Congrats on the weight dropped with your calorie deficit. :) That's fantastic!!
