    I have a question for you guys... I'm dining out and have two options. A "healthy" but high calorie meal or a low cal but low nutritional value meal. Which do you choose?

    Depends on what you have planned for the rest of your day....do you have some activities planned that will burn off those calories?

    I'd probably go for the low cal
    as long as it will satisfy you. If you go with that but have to have something later it's not really worth it

    I would stick with the low cal if it is something you truly want to eat. If not, then the other option and make up for it in other ways. It's only one meal as long as it's not a habit (which I know it's truly not for you)
