That sounds damn hardcore. Is it kind of like Insanity? I've only ever tried the 30 Day Shred and some of Jillian's other workouts.0

I have Mac N cheese chicken thing I made Friday night
Is it still good or should I toss it?0 -
It'll be fine for another night if it's refrigerated.0
-
Well of course it's in the fridge lol
I made chicken salad once in March and I don't remember if it was 3 or 4 days , I was having trouble figuring it out because I'm dumb at math and don't understand days sometimes and uhh
It turned out not to be good I found out the next day0 -

Sorry, I meant Body Beast but that's awesome that you tried both. Maybe I'll brave either of them someday.0

Rule of thumb: If it looks okay, smells okay, it's generally, okay. I don't take chances with fish/seafood,though.0 -
^^ I may just have a strong stomach,though.0

Also when it's something reheatable, it doesn't hurt to nuke the *kitten* out of it...0 -

Which ones have you tried? I've done the 30 Day Shred, 6 Week Six Pack, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (this one really kicked my *kitten* near the end of the workout years ago so I'll have to revisit it), and No More Trouble Zones. Also have Ripped in 30 but haven't done it yet.0
-
I did it for 30 days. I think I slopes most of level 2 thought cause I didn't like the exercises0
-
I tried the thirty day shred but only did it for about fifteen days....i just got bored with it.
Yeah, my first attempt, I quit after a couple weeks. Second attempt, finished it, didn't lose any weight but lost inches, and third time, basically finished it I think but didn't see too many results. The plank stuff can get annoying.0 -

You make me want to venture out and try those other ones. What kind of free weights do you need for Body Beast? I only have my 10 lb ones here with me at the moment and my 5's are packed away.
Heard great things about Turbo Fire too.0 -

Oh, that's cool. Great idea to invest in a set if you have the room and are settled into a place. Will have to do the same eventually. Damn, you're hardcore, girl.0

D has cameras on the house and he can't even check if someone came in while I'm alone , he's such a useless *kitten*0

Yeah, the adjustable set sounds like a great idea, but I can definitely see outgrowing it after a while.

No , I'm probably being paranoid but they can be quiet too
The last thing they're gonna want to do is making noise til they come lunging at me with a knife0 -
