    Morning folks. Half day for me as well, but that's because I have a contractor coming out to my house to give me a quote on installing central heating and air (yes my house has nothing at the moment). So if I go ultra silent it's because I've had a heart attack upon hearing the quote and died.

    So i'm curious. how much of a weightloss plan are you all under? 1lb/week, 1.5/week? more? less?

    That sounds way fun! Not really, I want to redo my boxing/lifting area in the garage.. that is actually exciting for me. Hanging a tv in there to do some videos for days I don't have time for much else. Get rid of some of the kids' *kitten* that they seem to pile into my area.. Do some more work on the girl's treehouse.. project stuff that needs done.

    I was losing at least 2 a week but since I'm close to where I want to/should be, 1 - 1.5 is more realistic and doable for me. How about you?

    Morning Candy! Tom, I honestly don't know where I am set at. I should go look. I am guessing 1.5 lbs/week but I don't weigh myself ever so I don't know how on track I am. I go by how I feel and clothes fit.

    Tomorrow is "big day" so a 50 mile bike followed by a 10 mile run. After that my wife is going to a bridal shower so I'll probably take my son hiking. Sunday will be a bunch of yard work before my wife heads out to do massage. While she's out I'll probably take my son to the pool.

    I think I'm set on 1lb a week.

    i'm set for a pound a week. that gets me at about 1650 cal/day. hitting my goal weight by sometime in Feb, 2017.

    I went at it hard and fast but it makes more sense and is easier to take a slower approach. Trying to mentally get me in the mindset of eating higher calories and losing slower. i always want it now!!! now!
