    my husband sucks at carving meat. He has to discuss it and explain what he's going to do and I have to go outside to curse cause he drives me nuts. Get his brother here to help and I really go nuts. Just cut the darn meat!!!

    I didn't sleep..lol. I was trying to get the beef jerky in the dehydrator and the pork roast on the smoker..

    You make your own jerky and smoked pork? I'm seriously considering moving to Alberta...
