Had gotten so used to a kid or more being here to do all the running around errands. Along with the chores and such. Now I get a lot of that since I'm home first. Also I think we are on the 8-9 bags of donated clothes haha. It's good to have some adult time, it's just different.0 -

Oso the bear....that will be his name.
I am in a foul mood this evening and not really sure why. My ex h and I had a little tiff earlier about him bringing the kids home late. I think I have some residual annoyance from that. Also it's too humid to sleep with the windows open, but I'm over the central air! I love summer so much but I am absolutely ready for autumn this year. In happy news the beach house is fine thank heavens.0 -

Hi and sounds good, lol I've enjoyed my share of beer and vodka and ciders for more than a few weekends worth lol.
Holy cow! It's really you!
Hey guys! How's everyone's Labor Day going?
Yes I'm still kicking, day shift an going thru kids stuff has taken away free time lol.
Hope everyone is doing wonderfully !!
Good to hear you're kicking!
Had gotten so used to a kid or more being here to do all the running around errands. Along with the chores and such. Now I get a lot of that since I'm home first. Also I think we are on the 8-9 bags of donated clothes haha. It's good to have some adult time, it's just different.
So are you officially an empty nester? I dread that day.Justpeachy02 wrote: »I dread the empty nest too
OMG! My oldest told me today he's going to be moving out soon. Needs to happen but it's so weird!

Ok I am ready for grandkids, but not ready for my kids to have them, I'd like them to finish college an have jobs first. But I'm looking forward to young ones I can send home spoiled each visit lmao!!
I wouldn't mind having another baby
Lol! But I'd have to be married...otherwise my Daddy would kill him and probably me too!
That's good, i do wish you could find someone !! Whether for that or just you know adulting
Some day when the timing is right. Had my heart broken earlier this year and it's finally feeling a little better. Time heals and all that stuff.
Sorry sweetie. I was hurt too, makes us all stronger! Hugs!1 -
