    Nope not death.
And he actually has a amazing breathing control.
He swims in ice water, runs half marathons through the snow dressed with just shorts and things like that.

He also teaches to other people to do so, have a friend who followed his course, and he says it works, just takes a lot of practice to master. But he never is cold anymore. When it's freezing he walks around in t-shirt

Wow,.. ok I was just kidding but yeah, he's amazing.

What that guy does may be a cool party trick...but it's unnatural. And it can't be good for the body long term....

Sounds similair to Cryolipolyse (claiming to freeze fat and destroy it on certain areas) such a scam

    Yeah that.

I've thought about doing that....it uses liquid nitrogen to rapidly cool the body. It only lasts for a few minutes. It is supposed to help with inflammation.

    Morning everyone.
Re the cold guy you can get used to it. At the end of a cold snap - 1 C feels warm haha.
Also I do think it keeps you younger. My mom's nurse turned to be yesterday and said you look young. I attributed it to spending so much time in a cold skating rink. It preserves you

So does formaldehyde but I don't plan on getting embalmed anytime soon
