It will take a bit for it to sink for them. Everything will end up being ok though once normalcy is reestablished, Matt. Glad it's off your chest and you can start on the next phase.
Afternoon normies. I am trying to actually rest today cuz I feel like crap.. But it's so hard and I am so bored...0 -

Maybe a nice long walk.. Working out again isn't terrible if you are fueling well.
I thought taking my kids roller skating or hiking but I just don't have it in me today. Working just over 70 hours the past couple weeks is catching up to me, I think. I normally work 55-60 hour weeks but these past two have been rough... #alyisramblingagaincuzsheisbored0 -
Take a rest day. Rest days are okay if you need them. Take a day or two to recharge.0

Relax Aly, just enjoy some down time. If your body is telling you it needs it, it needs it.AmusedToaster wrote: »Take a rest day. Rest days are okay if you need them. Take a day or two to recharge.

Yeah, I do pretty good about trying to be strong. Most people don't want to hear about how terrible i feel, or how worried I am about things. They would rather smile and laugh. Which is why instead of talking about heartbreak, I'm trying to talk about @RunHardBeStrong 's never ending blanket farts. Or offer advice to people about being positive.
*kitten*'s going to happen to us all our lives. You will take your lumps, you will get your scars. What separates us is when we look at those scars as motivation to better ourselves and not sit idle in dispare.
Not to mention if I'm happy, there is a better chance a woman will want to touch my camel humps. (Right @RunHardBeStrong ? )
I love having references that cross forum posts... cuz half of the people have no idea what I'm talking about.1 -

Great outlook @Verchild I view things the same way, we all go through *kitten*. Only about two people in my life actually know everything I have been through/am going through and gearing up to go through. You can use my blanket farts and your camel humps all you want to make me laugh, cuz it's working.0 -
