    lost culling last night but it was a fun game
    Making croissants tonight and a beef tenderloin roast. I buy nice stuff when it's on sale and then decide wouldn't a decadent roast be nice on a Wintry Wednesday :)

    It was neat you basically make a filling and then make the outer party. Lots of massaging of curds but that was kind of fun

    I have rennet from last time I did mozzarella & I used lemon juice instead of citric acid....just need a gallon of regular milk. Only have 2%

    You eat it right away. Our first batch didn't really work so we just spread it on bread and it was so good.
