    So my son is almost 11 and in 5th grade. Last week they had "the talk" at school in health class. One of the pediatricians in town came in to talk to the boys and the school nurse talked to the girls. I was dreading it, but wanted to let him know me and his dad are here if he has any questions. He's such a great kid, he didn't even flinch or blush, he was like "thanks mom". I asked if he felt embarrassed by the discussion at school and he said no but some of his friends were. I told him it's all a normal part of growing up and made him promise not to mention anything he learned to his sister. That conversation went much easier than I thought and I feel confident he will come to us with any questions. God I don't feel old enough to be dealing with this yet lol.

    I'm like what happened to my babies? How are they 8 and almost 11. I wanted to be done having babies by the time I was 30. Now I think I wouldn't mind having another one...or two :|
