    Great job Laura! I can't do fish either, I want to but just can't. I am about to go cook my chicken boob, beets and sweet potato in the work kitchen. We are so lucky that we have a foreman and toaster oven so I don't have to eat leftover reheats, I am not fond of any meat reheated.
