    It's spring. But spring sometimes gets confused with winter and we get snow in April

    Ohh.. It always feels Spring on WrestleMania weekend . It's really weird their scheduling of the event coincides with really nice weather

    So I changed our plans for today and going to be SUPER Canadian and go to a maple sugar bush. It's the last weekend

    Yeah, they bring all the sap to a central location called the sugar shack and boil it down into maple syrup. It used to be all done by buckets hanging from the trees but now most commercial operations use plastic tubes to collect the sap...
