    I decide a few times a year I'll be a runner. When I do run I do like 2k and then walk and run til I get to 5. I tried the couch to 5k thing and it bored me. I decided to do my own thing. Haha.

    Yeah i never set little goals.. i have only ran a couple times so far this year though..

    I used to have to do 5k charity races with my boss like this was 12/15 years ago. She's wanted to become a runner she wasn't very athletic. I'd go along for fun

    Nope. I have done a couple sprint triathlons and a 200km bike ride back before i had stella.
