Thoughts on P90

P90 is the low intensity program for people who are just getting back into fitness. It seems to be marketed more toward seniors, people with obesity, and fit people who are dealing with injuries.
I just started my journey three weeks ago and am focusing on diet. I have been lifting/strength training at home 3x a week. I'm wondering if this might be a helpful replacement to really give me an all over workout that's structured and regular.
I don't really want cardio so much, since I go on frequent walks with my dog and will eventually be upgrading those to jogs/runs. I'm pretty weak now and really want to focus on muscle building.
Has anyone tried it, and what are your thoughts?

I'm currently doing my last 5 weeks of P90. I can't suggest it enough! It is what I send all of my friends to for their first program. There is SO much modification that you can do. Feel free to msg me if you want to chat about it or have specific questions.1
