Hello, I am almost 41 and about 80lbs overweight, this didn't happen overnight and the past 5 years I have been suffering from back and nerve pain down both of my legs. This last June I had back surgery and the pain is completely gone, allowing me to exercise once again. I started early fall as I thought my back was healed and ready to go but my back disagreed, so I took a few more months before starting again but since January I have been walking and eating way cleaner so my starting weight January 1st was 330lbs and I am currently at 290lbs. My goal weight is 240lbs. and I pray I don't get distracted cause I am kind of in the zone now, being really good and if I do trip up I am still moving forward regardless. Steady and slow wins the race I guess!0
