    If I had my choice, I would stay in bed all the time. It makes me feel good to get all the dogs out of their kennels. I'm just completely exhausted, always. And, allergies are really kicking my butt which makes it worse. Ugh

    I've been doing 20 minutes on my exercise bike the last three days - hoping on the treadmill tonight. I don't have a Fitbit yet but I can post time, calories and speed. Going for 30 minutes which since I'm starting over is usually a little over a mile at between 2.5 and 3 mph. Goal is to be consistent at 3 mph for 45 minutes by the end of the month. My son is coming home from college May 7th and I'd like to be in the 180's by then even if it's 189.9. Finally got a groove going with tracking my food, onward to getting back into the exercise groove. Looking forward to doing 5ks and 10ks again by mid summer. Hope everyone had an AWESOME day!
