Successes/struggles this week: WOOOOOSSSH!!!! After a couple of weeks with minimal losses, I lost FOUR FRIGGIN POUNDS!!!! Excuse my elation, but it feels amazing after a couple weeks with little to show for my efforts. Sooooooo my successes this week were staying within my calorie goals, preparing more home cook meals, reaching my exercise goals, blah blah blah.....FOUR FRIGGIN POUNDS!!!!!! My struggles were with my sleep goals but FOUR FRIGGIN POUNDS!!!!!! I am now only about .3 of a pound short of being on track for my weight loss goal this challenge, but I can round up and I lost....Well, YKTR.......

Successes/struggles this week: Symptoms of MS really kicked my butt this week and fatigue slowed me down. Sleeping more than 3 hours a night was mandatory and not an option. I felt so hungry this week that I often came home and ate an entire head of Romaine lettuce before doing anything else. Thankfully I have complete control over the shopping so options for snacking are limited. Feeling pleased that I am close to the goal for the month.2 -

Successes/struggles this week: The weather has been a real demotivator for me. I'm in southern CA and it's already gotten to be pretty hot this last week (80's to 90's). On the plus side, last weekend was the Long Beach Grand Prix where I attended all 3 days of it. So much walking! I made sure to bring a camel back so I stayed hydrated. I think this really helped with my success! Next week may be a different story. Lol We shall see!0 -
