    My weigh in day is actually supposed to be tomorrow but I'm going to watch my friends band play tonight so I know I will be consuming alot of adult beverages so I decided to weigh in today :D success this week was getting back into p90x concentrating on core and abs and planning my meals ahead of time

    Successes/struggles this week: Successes - I manage to lose a pound this week, muscles are more defined. Struggles - Didn't actually get back onto my plan until Tuesday, had a really bad four days before that (no exercise and pigging out), which has meant I have only lost a pound. Also got a hen do tonight. Ugh the weekends are always so terrible. My aim is to lose 2 pounds next week so will have to be super good every day (apart from tonight)

    Successes/struggles this week: It's been a pretty good week. I wasn't very strict with my diet early this week, though I'm cutting out processed sweets now. Doing great with exercise. I think the biggest help has been finally getting on the right thyroid medicine. The past couple of weeks I've had so much more energy during the day.
