- I have perfected how to make oil free popcorn on the stove. Fav snack for the time being.
- Completed first week of my 30 Day Abs Challenge.
Struggles this week:
- eating seems to all ways be done in a rush. I don't have the luxury of sitting and savouring my food (2 kids) and therefore I feel like I'm not enjoying what it is that I am eating. It has a side effect on me feeling satisfied with my food.
- Haven't been to the gym in ages.

Successes/struggles: My weight's been insanely up and down this month as my body adjusts to different hormone levels after changing my bc method. Lowest weight was 128.6 which spiked to 133 and has come back down to 130.2 as of this morning... I'll happily take a 3.4 lb overall loss this month!3 -
