    Successes/struggles this week: This was my best week out of the month. I feel like I'm back on track. I ran according to my training schedule. I ate better. Also, I did some strength training. Though I didn't meet my goal, I came close and I'm okay with that.

    Successes/struggles this week: Another week of zero exercise. It seems I've caught my toddler's chest cold. I've had a hard time eating enough, so I'm a little surprised the scale didn't move further. But I'm glad; it wouldn't have been healthy weight loss. Looking forward to the May challenge!

    Successes/struggles this week:
    success I lost some of the weight I gained: I'm lower than I started. But I didn't make my goal. Hoping not to gain it back.
    Struggle I gained weight through the last two weeks. Poor food choices I guess.
    I did get under my start weight so that is something. Hopefully I will be able to manage more loss next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Had a pretty good week. Drinking more water/tea instead of soda. Didn't reach my goal but it was probably a little lofty since I don't have a ton to lose (20ish more lbs), but I'm happy with my loss! Good job everyone!

    Successes/struggles this week: I had a really good month a lot of NSVs 1 of reaching a weight I have not seen since Highschool. Being able to wear a size 2x comfortably in scrub pants..I have never been able to do that my entire career.

    Struggles would DEFINITELY be noticing how smoking (I smoke a lot) really is affecting my hard cardio days. A couple days ago I purchased a vape but day one limiting went well. Day 2 i fell short. For me to see my full potential i have somehow, someway got to kick the habit. I am SICK of addiction controlling my life. Addiction to food. Addiction to video games (i sold everything this month) and now addiction to cigarettes. I call myself an independent woman but when you really look at it I was/am DEPENDENT on things. I will find someway somehow to rid myself of habits this year.

    Successes/struggles this week: I made it back down to my start weight, at least. Since last week, I've seen a nice whoosh. I was down to 173.1 a couple days ago, so I know I'm back on track. A salty meal and lack of water is what had me up today.
