I can't find it as an option.

I use "circuit training - general" for anything like that. It's all an estimate anyway, so I just keep in mind if I worked extra hard or was kind of a slacker that day, haha.

I personally don't track any exercise. I have set my activity level as active for days when I'm training. And I try to eat a bit less and stay away from starchy carbs when I'm not training. Works for me.

For me, I use a Fitbit Charge with heart rate monitor to figure out how many calories I am burning at CF. I made my own exercise category called "Crossfit (HRM)" and I log it that way. If you aren't going to use a HRM, circuit training (like was said above) is a good one to use for an estimate.

I made a calculator that has 2 levels of crossfit in there. Here's a link to the thread that talks about it: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/638677/exercise-calculator-calories-burned#latest

Keep in mind that you should log the whole class time, but just the WOD portion(s). I figured at its highest intensity, Crossfit WODs will burn just as much as the most intense exercise, but sometimes, it's a little less.

Here's a direct link to the calculator (GoogleDoc): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiRztSbbujdldDRmWUJuN29RRDI4UVlxbXp4dWdzUkE#gid=0
