    I listen mainly to 60's-80's music

    False - I don't recall any occasion where anyone needed any help more than a band aid or a tire change; I guess that those I met in remote areas and such, were reasonably fit and prepared for the adventures met along the way, and blessed with no serious incidents or accidents!
