    Hmmm, can peach crates and cinder blocks be considered pieces of furniture, apart from that for which they were repurposed?

    TNP still has at least one item from their early days, when they were first out on their own, furnishing their domicile with makeshift furniture on a shoestring budget.

    true most days, although lately it's been mostly in the form of (iced) Chike Protein Coffee and bottled Starbucks Frappuccinos.

    true… some of it clothing I bought decades ago and grew out of, and now they fit again.

    TNP has recently seen a dramatic (as in "not believable") change in their body composition (fat mass vs lean body mass, according to their BIA scale)

    I wouldn't say "not believable" but I have dropped 7% BF since January, and the mirror clearly shows it
