    True - 😂 and not just "looked". I've attached a battery jump starter to my battery, added windshield washer fluid, checked the oil...

    Yes and no…the results of my blood work led me to do some research into dietary changes, but ultimately didn't change anything since the issue was marginal at worst (and I didn't like the dietary changes suggested lol so see no reason to change unless the doc says I need to)

    true… 10,000+ steps/day 92% of the time — I take 2 or 3 days per month to just chill.

    Muscle atonia yes, is supposed to happen, but sometimes one might regain consciousness while it happens. It's called sleep paralysis: harmless but can be scary !
