    Both, but not like you think. Dad was in Army, then the Navy & finally the Air Force & did two tours in the sandbox. Sister is a Marine & she did time in Afghanistan. Love them both

    False. Mostly vintage VW's, but also Chevy, Ford, Mercury, Chrysler/Dodge, Toyotas & Hondas(Motorcycle & cars). Most were vehicles either I or freinds/family owned.

    "Farm" 10 acres or more. May include one or more of the following: Cows, chickens, maybe more animals, vegetable garden lots of green grass & at least one pond to fish in. LOL

    TNP is looking for a cheap mechanic or a friend deal on car repairs. LOL

    The truck in the picture of me above, my dad & I did all of the paint & body work on it. I did all of the electrical & all of the mechanical repairs.

    TNP does indeed have a farm. My brother & I own it. Grandparents passed it to us. Grew up on it. I would live there now if I could convince the wife to abandon city life.

    Ermahgerd! I'm love... With your Westy that is. I want one soo bad for weekend trips. I would so make love to your VW bus.

    True. VW dune buggy. Been in the family since I was 5. In my garage being restored. Also had a yellow 72 Standard beetle named Butter until last fall. Tree fell on it during a storm & murdered it. My buddies & I cut the pan & shortened it to go under the dune buggy body so I could fast track that to making it road worthy.

    TNP likes to go to VW car shows.

    Buggy as it sits & the rear decklid I salvaged from Butter hanging next to it.

    True in TX. Same here. My VW gang rolls to shows together to hang out with other VW groups & people we haven't seen in awhile. Mostly I could care less about checking out the cars. I've pretty much seen them all. Same ones show up all the time. Would rather BS & talk shop with the owners instead.
