Homemade protein shake can be 300ml whole milk, 30g oats, 2tbs peanut butter, 1 banana, honey. Can add olive oil if want more calories and even add a raw egg. Put all in a blender and drink.

That actually sounds disgusting haha, But i really don't like peanut butter, also a raw egg...yuk! I like eggs, just not raw
And false, unless you count my 5 minute workout each morning, doing planks, dips, push ups

Still impressive if you can deadlift twice your weight, since you weigh less, also probably less muscle mass.
But you do look like someone with not much bodyfat also

My injury stopped me being able to eat anything for about 9 months and then only small amounts after that so I lost weight and muscle. I’ve always been able to lift more than it looks like I should though. I think it’s that I’m more determined and focused but I bight next compromising lifting form too.
