Drunk water,chew gum, take a nap,read...I keep a scale in my kitchen...that's horrible but it works0

I keep grapes in my freezer. When I'm ravenous I eat a few (after weighing and logging them). They're sweet enough to satisfy the sugar craving, but so cold I can't eat more than 3 or 4 without getting frozen eyeballs. And 3-4 grapes is only about 25 calories.0
