I think i'm experiencing a plateau, my weight loss has slowed way down over the past month, I am 5ft4, around 167lb, my highest weight being 195lb - I am currently eating around 1,500 calories per day. Exercising about 3 times a week for an hour or so.
I am still confident to keep going, it's not a lack of motivation that is the problem, I just want to know a bit more about people's experiences and tips that you think will help me to get out of this plateau eventually.
Thanks

A plateau is 4-6 weeks with zero weight loss. You say it's slowed down, but are you still losing? How much per week?0
