Months of Dieting and Nothing Has Changed

I started on myfitnesspal Wed ...I logged my food and couldn't believe how much I was eating just for breakfast...1,000 calories..I thought "I eat good food"..raw oats, fruit, peanut butter....reality check...Plus I put some exercise in... I have been duped...I did 30 mins of leisurely swimming, 6 min walk, and stretching all together 42 calories burned (that's it!)... Several days in and starting to feel "schooled" on portion control and exercise.. I am torn: I don't want to be constantly investigating food but the alternative is gaining more weight and having health issues...I want a happy medium....0
