I weighed 308# on Feb 29th. I started my diet and exercise program on March 1st and this morning the scale said 280.0 which is down 28#. I'm very happy!

Day 91, 30 pounds lost as of last week.
3 month weigh-in tomorrow morning.

on day 225 logging on here. Down 34 lbs, and two inches from my hips. I am happy, happy! This has been a great journey so far, still have 41 lbs to get to a weight I was a looong time ago. Then 36 lbs more to get to a weight some doctor put down for me.0

ive lost 170 since sept 2014 i have 50 more pounds to lose to reach my goal but i just joined MFP 2 days ago.1

In 2009 I was 200 lbs and got down to 165lbs in 2010. Bounced between 165 - 170 for a few years. In 2012 joined MFP and got down to 160 lbs.
After an injury in 2015 I ballooned back to 180lbs.
Started logging again in mid September, dropped to 170 by end of October. Fell off the wagon and gained 7 pounds back. Started again the day after Thanksgiving. I'm now down to 162 lbs. 5 more to go to hit my new goal of 158lbs.0 -

Started at 255lbs. Hit goal weight a couple years ago and have been working on body composition ever sense.
Currently 7% body fat at 175lbs / 6' tall.0 -

First diet ever. On day 9, have lost 8.8 pounds so far, starting from 215. My MFP stats have me ingesting 1670 calories per day at 1.5 pounds per week loss. But apparently things start off fast?0

21 Day Streak...did not get serious about all of this until April 1 (Fool's Day)...so technically 19 days. I figured it would be kind of appropriate to start a diet/exercise program on that day of all days since I normally end up feeling like a fool when I don't lose weight. I got the UA Band to help assist in the weight loss, and now it serves as a constant reminder of the path I put myself on since I only remove it to charge it. I started at 230 pounds, and I'm aiming to get down to 175. On a personal note, I've also declared war on my upcoming birthday...another motivation to live healthier and get to a healthier weight. #fightingforty
