I'm 110 pounds(or just about) and I'm trying to lose about 5 to 10 pounds of that. Literally nothing I'm doing is helping. I've been working out like crazy and dieting like a mad lady but there's absolutely no results in anything I do. HELP!

Make sure you are not underweight.

(scroll down to see a larger chart).
One danger is osteoporosis later in life. Take care of your body. Don't mess up.
You could also develop anemia, or nutrition deficiencies.
Low protein intake can even make your hair thinner.

Your body needs at least 1,000 calories daily.
Or it can start to self-canabalize. That means "eating itself".
Add exercise to that, and you have a recipe for disaster.

Often you get people with eating disorders in here.
I know you are not one.

I can't get 1000 calories in a day. Maybe that much within 2 maybe 3 weeks but not in a day

If you only ate 1000 calories every two to three weeks, you'd be a lot less than 110 pounds right now. You wouldn't be able to function.

You can't eat 1000 calories a day? I find that very hard to believe. There is no way you are only eating 71 calories a day (consuming 1000 calories in 2 weeks).

Anyway losing 10 lbs would put you under weight.
I think you should look into body recomposition if you are unhappy with your appearance.

I work in an eating disorder unit and I can tell you you'd be near death or dead.

I'm guessing based on this post the issue here is a logging one.

1000 calories in 2-3 weeks and not losing weight. Impossible. Even 2-3 days would be impossible.

On some days it's harder than others. I work out a *kitten* ton and I'll eat at most 100 calories a day. That's if I don't skip a day

I fluctuate a lot. I'll do up and down (mostly up) and will stay there

You are eating more than you think. 100 calories is:

    1 medium apple (182 g)

    or

    1 medium banana (118 g)

    or

1 meal replacement shake (most have at least 100 calories)

    or

    0.35 of a chicken breast (30.1 g)

I'm not saying that everyday is the same amount of calories. At some point after a while all of my calories may add up to 1000. I just don't eat 1000 calories a day..I never do

Yeah, sorry, but you would not even be able to sustain your workouts on 100 calories per day. You would definitely be losing weight as well. Another vote for you eating more than you think.

But I think I'll do a lot more meal replacements. I did a liquid diet a while a ago and that sorta works so I may do that too.

Then you would be losing weight, malnourished and workouts wouldn't be possible. It's not physically possible to be eating as little as you claim on a regular basis and not losing weight (unless you have like one massive binge day a week).

Agreed. You say you do not have an eating disorder, but to be honest most of your habits are raising red flags.

Some of my binges go on for like 2 days straight before I stop and kinda gather myself and start fresh. Mostly on weekends.

There's your answer. Eat a reasonable amount. That means at least 1200 calories a day and you won't end up binge eating. Right now your doing an unhealthy binge/restrict cycle. My guess is you have:

    A) Eating more than you think during the week
B ) Undoing any deficit you have over the weekend when you binge because your deficit during the week was too large

Thanks. I'll take ALLLLL that into consideration and will definitely take a stand back and fix it all. At least the bit I can do on my own.

Also remember that the weight on the scale isn't everything.

At 5'2'' & 110 you are perfect. Why would u wanna go any lower?

If you're truly only eating 100 calories a day and you "skip days," you do have an eating disorder. Please seek help before you do damage to your body.
