    I would love to join! Anyone on here please add me if you like we can all motivate eachother.
    My current weight is 163 and I would love to get to atleast 143 and take it from there. I am struggling to eat better and prioritize my workouts around my 1 year. I've been struggling to lose my weight since I had my daughter man is it a struggle. Any motivation,tips, etc are very welcomed.

    Hi I would like to join in too! A bit late. Started to diet and t25 on april 18th. so far lost 2 lb. Current weight 188 .hopefully will be 163lb by july 4th.

    I'm starting low carb today and I'm 3 months postpartum.. I've already lost about 60 pounds since I gave birth without trying because I had severe swelling and preecclampsia during pregnancy.

    Using the myfitnesspal meal tracker to keep me on track for calories and nutrients! Some days my biggest problem is "not eating enough" - which completely sabotages any weight loss plan!

    Primarily focused on calorie counting. Nutrient-dense foods and exercise are for my overall health so they're not the #1 priority at the moment. I'll get there one day - baby steps! However, I have begun walking a couple of miles a few days a week and an occasional aerobics video, when I can get to it all.

    I'm in! I've been working hard to build consistency with my exercise routine and tracking, but my weight loss has definitely plateaued in recent weeks. Hoping more accountability will help me stay on track. Good luck everyone!

    Hello!! I am in! I have no friends on this and totally need some and some motivation. My problem is that I have a very active social life and eat out a lot with friends. I have a hard time staying on track on weekends. Any ideas would be great!

    Feeling like I am not going to reach our 25lb goal.. I haven't been able to do cardio I am controlling my eating but I still am stuck in the 160s!..

    I obviously have quite a bit to lose, but I like to set mini goals.
    I've been trying to eat keto and, though I know my macros could probably be improved, it has been working well for me. :smile: Today, I'm wearing clothes that didn't fit just last week.

    I need this challenge! I have a trip coming up in July. Perfect timing! I am going to have to buckle down and set a goal to lose around 2.5 pounds each week. I am joining the summer group weight loss challenge at my gym to give myself extra motivation. I am looking forward to a fresh start! I will weigh in tomorrow and post my starting weight.
