Anyone 5:2 Fasting?

Did my second fast day today and am going to use mfp to log my intake. I want to lose 2 stone. Anyone want to buddy up?

Hi suzyness, I been on a intermittent fasting, and that's the reason I got this app to track my calories, and macronutrients. I think is helping. But my goal is to loose fat and be lean. What's your 5:2?0

5:2 = 2 days at 500 (women) / 600 (men)......then 5 days at maintenance. Total deficit comes from 2 days of dieting.0 -
Thanks TeaBea. I need to lose some fat especially around my middle but I also want to ward off diabetes which is prevalent in my family and hopefully reap the benefits of a sharper mind which fasting is meant to help.0
