Cheat days, I hear they are good for your diet?

today was a cheat day, went out to breakfast with my parents and lunch with mom after running around and doing errands. I was OK till lunch when we stopped at one of my favorite hole in the wall Mexican restaurants that happens to be the ONLY one that serves tamales in the area, so I totally over did it. Not to mention it's that glorious time of the month where my body wants more than it should. Do I feel guilty about today? A little, but I'm not going to let it get me down. Instead I'm going to pick myself up tomorrow and get back on the wagon.0

If you keep your deficit small, then you can have a treat every day and an occasional splurge without "cheating." I log everything, and only on special occasions do I ever go over my TDEE.
Still the same. HA! :smokin:0
