Not feel well today. Got the female cramps (TMI). My body aches from head to toe from my new work out schedule. I may have over done it to start out with but can't quit now. Can I get a "GET YOUR BUTT MOVING TERESA!!" Shout out!

Take it easy today - do some extra stretches before your workout. Get your butt moving Theresa - but not too much today! Give your body a chance to recover while still getting some movement to ease those cramps and loosen the muscles a bit.

Can't say I know what it's like but I like "Ready's" advice... Sometimes a little break is worth more than we know!

Sometimes just doing it makes you feel so much better afterwards, nice job!!

Glad to hear you powered through! Lady cramps suck, but exercise can help alleviate the pain.
