Not feel well today. Got the female cramps (TMI). My body aches from head to toe from my new work out schedule. I may have over done it to start out with but can't quit now. Can I get a "GET YOUR BUTT MOVING TERESA!!" Shout out!

Take it easy today - do some extra stretches before your workout. Get your butt moving Theresa - but not too much today! Give your body a chance to recover while still getting some movement to ease those cramps and loosen the muscles a bit.2

Glad to hear you powered through! Lady cramps suck, but exercise can help alleviate the pain.1
