Is my food diary okay?

I've recently started counting my calories properly again, and I was wondering if some of you could kindly have a look at my food diary (for 17th March 2016) and let me know whether it's good or bad please?
Much appreciated,
Amelia

No I'm not a vegan - I did log Bird's Eye Reggae Reggae Chicken as well as cheese and chocolate. May I ask which foods I can get protein from?0 -

I've recently started looking for foods with high protein and low fat because I eat too little.
The best thing I've found which fits perfectly in my diet is low fat cottage cheese (the no fat variety has too much sugar so I don't like it). I use it for both savoury and sweet meals. Yesterday I had a bowl of cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries and a teaspoon of blackcurrant jam - Yum! Today I made a courgette gratin with cottage cheese (mix eggs, cottage cheese, skim milk and sliced courgettes, season and bake)
Tuna is another very good source but unfortunately I don't enjoy it very much.
