Seriously MFP puts me in the range of 1200-1300 before exercise calories. My fitbit adjustments bring me up to 1800-2000 calories which I will lose (providing my logging is accurate) approximately 0.6-1 lb per week.
If I use the TDEE method (which includes exercise calories in it's calorie goal), I get that I should eat anywhere from 1734 (25% cut) to 1953 (15% cut) to lose weight.
