As long as the calories you consume are less than the calories you burn, you will lose weight. That goes for all the diets/lifestyle choices (keto, paleo, no carb, zone diet, vegetarian, vegan, atkins, weight watchers, whatever). Find something that works for you and you can stay consistent with it over the long run. Some people respond well to low carbs, others respond well to low fat.

The best program in the world is the one that you actually remain consistent with! Cheers and good luck.

I do keto. No need for smooth move tea

I've been on a keto diet for around 3 months now, and have noticed great overall health improvements and some weight loss.

I'm not familiar with smooth move tea either.
Ive been strict Keto for over 11 months.
Only time I had any trouble was overeating cheese.

I'm keto and have been for nearly 3 weeks now. I find it's a good way of eating for me with only 1 slip up so far..there are a lot of people doing this again.. the popularity seems to have come back again in the recent years!
